Long time no update blog liao,just reply to people on my chat board.Today want to blog about my basketball training yesterday.It was horrendous,my muscles are aching now,coach just came back and make us to bunny hop,bunny hop while bouncing the ball and many more torturing practices.Many of us dehydrated and coach scolded for not even being to do such simple things. So coach had no choice but to let us for our break.

After our break,we had to do passing,we do alley 400 times.simple passing 200 times and overhead pass 200 times.I'm not boasting but this things was suppose to be simple but my partner harmed me,I was so frustrated with him.Joshua from 1R5 do not even know how to pass the ball,make so many mistakes,did not count the passing and make me kena scolded by coach.When doing overhead pass we must do horse stance and cannot stand but that bitch throw the ball so high that I must move up right?Then so unlucky lor,coach saw it and scolded me.

Of course most of us dehydrated and coach have to let us off for our break and then returned for our last event and the thing I'm best at,play match.But yesterday,I totally suk at it,I par up with Kang Yi and Clinton.For the match,I air balled four five times,I solo a lot of times but all failed.I scored four points but those was just lucky shots.
